Scrum Master

Kandidát je zkušený Scrum Master s více než pětiletou praxí v komerční sféře. V současné době vede 5 týmů po 9 lidech a přidává 3 nové týmy. Má na starosti řízení vývojového týmu, řízení procesu tvorby webových stránek, analýzu a návrh řešení jednotlivých projektů. Na současném projektu používají nástroje Jira a Confluence. Aktivně komunikuje v angličtině, ve které také vede občasné schůzky. Je držitelem certifikátu Scrum.
