Product Owner & Project Manager & Scrum Master & Team Leader

Kandidát je Scrum Master, který působí v oblasti IT již 9 let. Pět a půl roku pracoval jako vývojář v Javě, poté přešel na pozici projektového manažera, Product Ownera a nakonec Scrum Mastera (již 2 roky). Je otevřený technickým i netechnickým pozicím. Předpokladem je však zastávat pozici, kde může reálně vést a řídit lidi. To znamená, že by uvítal pozice Team Leader, Tech Leader, Project Manager, Product Owner a Scrum Master. Jako projektový manažer pracoval v agilním týmu čítajícím celkem až 30 lidí, jako Scrum Master vedl až 6 týmů složených z vývojářů a testerů. Preferuje projekty v délce alespoň 6 měsíců, uvítal by i dlouhodobější spolupráci. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni C1, je zvyklý pracovat v angličtině, práci v anglicky mluvícím týmu by uvítal a byla by pro něj bonusem. Nemá vysloveně preferované odvětví práce, ale velmi ho láká oblast Big Data a vše, co s ní souvisí, je však otevřený všem možnostem.
