Kandidátka se věnuje agilnímu koučování již 3 roky a je ve své práci velmi zkušená. Podílela se na transformaci na agilní prostředí v rámci projektu a spolupracovala jak s IT, tak s obchodními odděleními. Podílela se na procesech výběru vedoucích pracovníků, koučovala jednotlivé týmy. Připravila také základy nového hypotečního produktu. Využívala například JIRU nebo Confluence. Agilní přístupy má v malíčku. V současné době denně používá angličtinu a hovoří plynně také francouzsky. V bankovnictví a pojišťovnictví se pohybuje již řadu let a ráda by změnila prostředí. Vede tým 28 lidí.
