Kandidát má přibližně 15 let zkušeností jako Scrum master, které získal také během svého působení na pozici projektového manažera. Byl zodpovědný za 3 týmy složek Scrumu, spolupráci, komunikaci a zlepšování procesů. Jeho role spočívá také ve školení a vedení týmu, 20-60 lidí. Na denní bázi pracuje s metodikami Scrum, Kanban, ale nejraději pracuje v metodice SAFe (3 roky). Jeho angličtina je na úrovni C2, 6 let žil v New Yorku.
