Zkušený senior projektový manažer a business analytik se zaměřením na navrhování a implementaci nových procesů. Úspěšně vedl řadu projektů od jejich zahájení až po dokončení, v poslední době se zaměřil na základní bankovní procesy a tok dokumentů. Zkušenosti s modelováním pomocí EA (BPMN, Archimate, UML) a implementací nových požadavků. V současné době usiluje o získání certifikace PMI-PBA.

Business analyst (12/2022 - 11/2023): Integral team member in designing the bank's DMS and integrating it with other systems. Led the design of document flow using UML, BPMN, Confluence, and Jira. Conducted testing on created processes.

Business analyst (04/2022 - 12/2022): Contributed to the redesign of the bank's IT processes. Led the design of CI/CD pipeline, Safe development, integrations, and security checks using EA, UML, BPMN, Confluence, GDPR, and Jira.

Business analyst (03/2020 - 04/2022): Actively participated in major projects, including a SAP-related project and technology overhaul. Responsible for delivering Business Requirements ments and analyzing new requirements.

Change manager (10/2019 - 03/2020): Managed small changes to production, collaborating with external vendors and Scrum teams. Actively participated as a Scrum team member.

Project manager (08/2019 - 10/2019): Led the worldwide deployment of Cisco Video Conferencing solutions. Co-authored a new process for delivering new sites.
