Kandidát je projektový manažer, který má 3,5 roku zkušeností v oblasti obchodu. Pracovala s datovými úložišti, která se proháněla po Africe, spolupracovala s BI, měla na starosti hladký průběh projektů, řešila různá zadání, právní věci na projektech a také UX. Zvládala komunikaci mezi různými odděleními a dodavateli. Z agilních metodik zná Scrum, se kterým pracovala a vedla tým 8 vývojářů. Pozice TL jí vyhovuje, na posledním projektu vedla 35 lidí. Její angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni, pracovala v zahraničí a denně komunikuje se zahraničními kolegy.
