Kandidát je zkušený projektový manažer IT s více než desetiletou praxí v agilním prostředí. Má silné zázemí v oblasti řízení obchodních a IT procesů a více než 13 let praxe v oboru. Kandidát má vysokoškolské vzdělání v oboru masové komunikace a absolvoval moduly marketingového výzkumu, komunikace a strategie. Pracoval na různých pozicích, mimo jiné jako Scrum Master/Senior IT Project Manager, IT Business Partner a IT Demand Manager. Kandidát je zkušený v komunikaci, řešení problémů a řízení týmu. Hovoří plynně anglicky a česky, má základní znalosti němčiny, ruštiny a polštiny. Kandidát má také zkušenosti s vývojem webových stránek, softwarem pro řízení projektů a řízením IT služeb.
