Kandidát je zkušený vlastník produktu/produktový manažer, který na této pozici působí více než 3 roky v komerční praxi. Předtím pracoval 5 let jako projektový manažer pro několik spokojených klientů. Mezi jeho hlavní úkoly patřilo - shromažďování požadavků od zainteresovaných stran, definování vize projektu, koordinace členů a úkolů projektu, vytváření nových funkcí a plnění časových milníků, proces následné péče a sledování. Při své práci aktivně využíval agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum (pracoval také jako Scrum Master), Kanban a Scrumban. Bez problémů komunikuje v angličtině, kterou denně používá. Pracoval také jako Team Leader, kde vedl menší týmy do 10 lidí i větší týmy nad 20 lidí.
