Kandidát je projektový manažer se zkušenostmi se zaváděním informačních systémů a daňových modulů pro různé společnosti. Pracoval také jako vedoucí oddělení podpory, kde řídil tým osob zajišťujících zákaznickou podporu a vývoj produktů Microsoft. Kromě toho má zkušenosti v oblasti IT podpory a řízení znalostí. Má magisterský titul v oboru informační management a manažerská informatika. Dynamics NAV Support Manager (July 2016 - November 2017): Oversaw a team of 10 individuals to provide B2B customer support and long-term development of ERP and integrations. Consolidated regional departments into one profitable entity and managed support in accordance with SLA.

IT Support Consultant NAV / Portal B2B (July 2015 - June 2016): Managed incident and change management for MS Dynamics NAV and e-commerce integrations. Provided remote administration and on-site support for local branch enhancements. Created a SharePoint document library for improved incident management.

Knowledge Management Intern (January 2014 - June 2015): Conducted knowledge management analysis for the Brno Support Centre, identifying opportunities for savings and performance improvements.

Technical Support Intern (January 2014 - December 2014): Implemented a knowledge base using the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) methodology for the enterprise technical support department.

Fluent in Czech and English, beginner in German. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and SQL. Possesses knowledge and skills in various software and tools, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, LS Retail, Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle ATG, and project management. Holds a valid driving license.
