Kandidátka je zkušená projektová manažerka, která ve svém oboru pracuje více než 7 let. Na svém kontě má řadu úspěšných a rozsáhlých projektů, například implementaci zcela nového produktu ve společnosti s finančním zaměřením. Má za sebou také implementaci GDPR a celopodnikové úpravy, na kterých spolupracovala s externím právníkem. Byla zodpovědná za koordinaci interních zdrojů ve 3 zemích. Byla zodpovědná za včasné dodání projektu nebo za dodržení rozpočtu. Agilní přístup je jí vlastní a našla se v něm, má zkušenosti i s Waterfall. Angličtina pro ni na projektu nepředstavuje problém. Preferovanou oblast práce nemá, IT ji baví a své zkušenosti může nejvíce využít na dlouhodobých projektech. Měla možnost řídit tým více než 20 lidí.
