Product Owner & Project Manager

Kandidát pracuje jako Product owner a také jako manažer lidí ve scrum týmu. Vyvíjí produkty Citrix a provádí různé integrace. Z pohledu PO má na starosti vše od plánování až po dodání produktu třetím stranám. Jako manažer je zodpovědný za věci jako výkon, vývoj a rozvoj lidí. V minulosti pracoval také jako analytik a v oboru IT se pohybuje téměř 6 let. Z agilních metodik používá scrum. Jeho angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni. V současné době vede tým 10 lidí. Zajímají ho krátkodobé i dlouhodobé projekty. Nejvíce ho láká FinTech nebo Big Data, ale je otevřený všem možnostem.

Product Owner / Engineering Manager (November 2018 - present): I oversee the integration team, which includes engineers, developers, QA, and trainees. My responsibilities include working with product managers to develop product features, managing team goals and delivery, and prioritizing backlog. As a people manager, I handle new hires, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Integration Lead (2017 - November 2018): Joined as an integration engineer and worked on integrating the product with various third-party systems. Became the team leader responsible for team delivery and new hires. Also assisted the US field team in deploying the application to customers' infrastructure.

Senior Information Technology Business System Analyst (2017): Member of a .NET development scrum team focused on the credit register application. Collected and discussed requirements, created user stories, and participated in customer projects.

Senior Analyst, Retail Energy Management-Gas SK (2016 - 2017): Developed interfaces and automated processes for the web app. Also worked on data collection and forecasting related to gas consumption.

Forecasting Analyst (2015 - 2016): Designed load profile models for B2C, developed neural models for short-term consumption forecasting, and coordinated platform changes for forecasting systems.

Senior Analyst, Wholesale Structuring (2011 - 2015): Developed sale-risk management interfaces, defined B2B CRM system database content, and programmed SQL queries for reporting and pricing tools. Also supported sales, prepared nonstandard contracts, and collaborated internationally within the company.
