Kandidát je zkušený DevOps inženýr s více než 15 lety zkušeností v IT. Má 8 let zkušeností s cloudovými technologiemi, jako je AWS, Azure, a 15 let práce s Linuxem. Poslední rok a půl pracoval na vlastních menších projektech, které nechtěl uvádět ve svém životopise. Pracoval například na automatizaci ve firmě a konfiguraci sítě a drobném programování v jazyce Go. Předtím pracoval jako hlavní inženýr DevOps, kde mentoroval ostatní inženýry. Byl zodpovědný za budování platformy SaaS. Při své práci používal především docker. S kubernetes pracoval jen okrajově, protože používali open-source systém od jiného poskytovatele. Má také zkušenosti s bashem, Ruby. Komunikace v angličtině mu nedělá problém.
