Kandidát je vývojář v jazyce Java s více než 8 lety komerčních zkušeností v jazyce Java. Žije v Záhřebu a upřednostňuje co nejvíce práce na dálku, i když je schopen být v kanceláři týden nebo dva na onboardingu. Vyhovuje mu práce s většími i menšími týmy. Komunikace v angličtině mu nedělá problém. Je zvyklý pracovat jako standardní zaměstnanec a tato možnost je z jeho strany silně preferovaná.
