Kandidát je zkušený vývojář systému Pega s dvanáctiletou praxí. Kromě vývoje však ve stejné společnosti působí jako Delivery Lead. V podstatě pracuje pro různé týmy pro různé zákaznické cesty. Je také součástí řešitelské skupiny, která pracuje na programu pro Nizozemsko z pohledu pega. Jako delivery lead se stará o všechny inženýry a týmy DevOps, Pega rozprostřené po celém Nizozemsku, Indii a Rumunsku. Aspiruje na vedoucí pozici. Kromě toho je součástí agilního prostředí využívajícího Scrum. Hovoří plynně anglicky a začal se také učit nizozemsky, což je v současné době na úrovni A2.
