Project Manager & Scrum Master

Ibrahim je projektovým manažerem již téměř tři roky. Dříve pracoval jako výkonný manažer, kde byl zodpovědný za každodenní provozní plány a strategie úspory nákladů. V současné době řídí a realizuje projekty pro vládní sektor, konkrétně více než 6 mezinárodních projektů v oblasti big data. Projekty se skládají ze 4 fází a jejich výstupem je identifikační systém pro vyšetřovatele. Má zkušenosti s řízením více týmů, kdy největší z nich tvořilo 44 lidí. Na současném projektu vede tým 18 lidí, který zahrnuje pět Čechů a tři Slováky. Je certifikovaným Scrum masterem a je zvyklý vést pracovní týmy v agilním tempu, nejčastěji s využitím Scrumu i Waterfallu. Jeho rodným jazykem je arabština, mluví plynně anglicky a zmínil, že jeho druhým jazykem je italština, ale musel by ji trochu oprášit.
