Kandidát je velmi přátelský architekt, který prošel několika pozicemi ve světě IT, jako je Service Delivery, TOGAF, Requirements and Business Analysis, Project and Risk Management. Nejlépe se cítí jako konzultant a architekt. V komerční sféře má na těchto pozicích více než 15 let zkušeností. V minulosti také zastával pozici Scrum Mastera na jednom projektu. Nejbohatší zkušenosti má z oblasti zdravotnictví, ekonomiky a vládních projektů. Vedl tým 7 lidí. V současné době agilní metodiky ve své práci nepoužívá, ale na předchozích projektech pracoval se Scrumem a dvoutýdenní sprinty mu nedělají problém. Byl členem mezinárodních projektů, umí anglicky a dokonce i základy němčiny.
