Kandidát je AEM architekt a konzultant s 10 lety zkušeností v AEM a 13 lety v Javě. Má zkušenosti s vedením týmu 8-12 lidí. Role Tech Lead je pro něj přijatelná, ale nezabývá se administrativou. Nemá problém komunikovat v angličtině a podle jeho slov má i němčinu na úrovni C1. Jedinou možností je pro něj smlouva na volné noze. Je otevřený práci v menších i větších týmech a také jsou pro něj akompatibilní jak dlouhodobé, tak krátkodobé projekty. Nachází se v Polsku a preferuje práci na 100 % na dálku, i když je schopen diskutovat o možnostech cestování. Na své současné pozici má výpovědní lhůtu 1 měsíc.
