Delivery Manager

Kandidát je kvalifikovaný vedoucí týmu, který zároveň pracuje jako vedoucí dodávky. Od roku 2016 zastává pozici Team Leader a od roku 2019 jí přibyla odpovědnost Delivery Manager. Mezi její každodenní úkoly patří vedení týmu složeného z vývojářů a analytiků, koordinace dodávek ve spolupráci s externími dodavateli a interním vývojovým týmem a odpovědnost za dodržování termínů dodávek a rozpočtů. Na starosti mám také výběrová řízení a pohovory. ITIL je jednou z metodik, kterou denně využívá především při řešení incidentů. Angličtinu ovládá na komunikativní úrovni a nemá problém se domluvit v mezinárodním týmu.
