Na své současné pozici v telekomunikačním průmyslu se zabývá manuálním testováním, kontrolou, požadavky zákazníků, řešením různých chyb a přípravou reportů - denních, měsíčních. Co se týče technologií, má zkušenosti se systémy Siebel CRM, RTUR, Testlink, Tracker, Remedy, JIRA, SQL, SharePoint, EHC console, WinSCP, SQL, SoapUI, Postman, RQM, Global Roamer, Confluence. Je zvyklý pracovat ve Waterfall met'd. Hovoří anglicky na velmi dobré úrovni a nevadí mu práce v mezinárodním týmu.
