Data Analyst & Data Scientist

Jedná se o obchodního analytika, který pracoval na největším soukromém investičním projektu ve slovenském zdravotnictví - bratislavské nemocnici Bory. Byl zodpovědný za přípravu různých zpráv o stavu náboru a výdajů a působil také jako obchodní analytik se zaměřením na medicínské aspekty. Podílel se na společné tvorbě podnikatelského plánu, poskytoval data pro podporu rozhodování investorů a definoval nemedicínské procesy nemocnice. Vypracovával obchodní analýzy a obchodní plán na delší časové období. Má vynikající komunikační schopnosti v angličtině a němčině. Hledá práci, protože jeho projekt skončil a on hledá novou výzvu. V současné době také navštěvuje kurzy IT, aby si prohloubil znalosti v programovacích jazycích, jako je Python + strojové učení.

Financial Analyst (2018-2021): Oversaw a 240m € budget for the Hospital Bratislava - Bory project, prepared reports on HR recruitment status and CAPEX spending. Co-developed the business plan, providing data to support investor decisions. Responsible for healthcare planning, including patient structure, length of stay, and DRG categorization. Assisted in defining non-medical processes and creating a virtual twin of the hospital using QPR modeling tool. Provided Microsoft Project admin support to senior management.

Business Analyst (2018-2021): Co-developed the business plan for the Hospital Bratislava - Bory project. Analyzed medical aspects and provided data to support investor decisions. Developed a detailed structure of patients, their length of stay, and DRG categorization aligned with hospital strategy and capacity.
