Kandidát je projektovým manažerem od roku 2015. V současné době zastává vedoucí pozici. Odpovídá za shromažďování požadavků, přípravu dokumentace, plánování a přidělování zdrojů, komunikaci se zákazníky, řízení schůzek, rozpočet, řízení rizik a změn, testování a nasazení výstupů, podporu,a implementaci. Absolvoval kurzy Scaled Agile Framework DevOps, Scaled Agile Framework, Design Thinking Immersive Training, PRINCE 2 a Lean Six Sigma. Z nástrojů používá Jira, MS Office, BPMN. Má zkušenosti s vedením týmu 50 lidí. Hovoří plynně anglicky, španělsky a francouzsky.

Client Lead - ICC Leadership / 2022 – Present

• Building relationships and acting as a single point of contact for internal clients (Data, Digital & Technology teams within Business units across the company) and promoting ICC to become a trusted partner for IT delivery.
• Understanding requirements for development, identifying requested resources, skills and most appropriate sourcing method, negotiating conditions for delivery (estimations and funding), overlooking smooth onboarding/knowledge transfer as well as the delivery and close-out of the project.
• Contributing to processes and operating model definition.

IT Project Manager – IT Division / 2019 - 2022

• Covering end-to-end delivery of IT projects - collecting requirements from stakeholders, preparation of project documentation, planning and allocating capacities, building engagement with stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for external suppliers, leading meetings and sprint ceremonies, reporting to Management Board, managing budget, risk and change management, managing and participating in testing, pilot and production deployment, supporting change of processes related to delivered development, managing and providing training of the end users, post - implementation support.
• Delivery and implementation of various projects including Legisway, IT Portal Implementation in Offices, Single Source of Data, Italy Office Move, and implementation of sprint delivery and usage of JIRA Scrum boards in the teams within IT division.
