Zkušený projektový manažer a člen představenstva. V roli vedoucího týmu projektových manažerů, analytiků a testerů se zaměřuji na plánování vývojových kapacit a zavádění firemních procesů. S rozsáhlými zkušenostmi s řízením digitálních a IT projektů od definice požadavků až po plný provoz, včetně řízení změn a zlepšování procesů.
