Kandidát má téměř 20 let zkušeností v jazyce Java. Je zodpovědný za integraci tří systémů Guidewire s externími systémy. Provádí analýzy, řídí životní cyklus požadavků, vytváří uživatelské příběhy pro produkt pojištění motorových vozidel. Dále definuje a implementuje řešení. V současném projektu pracoval s architekturou mikroslužeb, kde používal Kafku pro výměnu zpráv, messaging middleware - byl řízen událostmi. Vytvořil pojistku a co se má udělat - např. zrušit pojistku, získat zpět peníze. Sice vyvíjel mikroslužby, ale nezapojoval se na 100 % do vývoje, jen do diskusí a konzultací. Je zvyklý pracovat s kontejnerem Docker, Gitlabem a používal některé další nástroje, ale nekonfiguroval je. byl jen uživatelem. Kromě toho v minulosti pracoval pro digitální poskytovatele, kde programoval v JS. Implementoval kalendář, který sloužil k plánování zkoušek, a používal knihovny JS (Angular) a psal kód JS. Kromě toho pracoval s databázemi, jako je Oracle, SQL atd. Je zvyklý pracovat v agilním prostředí Scrum. Také prokázal vůdčí a mentorské schopnosti při školení mladších vývojářů. Hovoří plynně anglicky a ovládá také němčinu na úrovni B2.

Developed loyalty and referral programs.
