Kandidát je velmi ambiciózní specialista na onboarding, který je na této pozici od roku 2020. Svou práci miluje a ráda by se ve svých dovednostech dále zdokonalovala. Společnost, pro kterou v současné době pracuje, nabízí softwarová řešení v rámci gastronomie, většinou pro zahraniční klienty, takže angličtina pro ni není problém, podobně je to i s technologiemi, protože pracuje v IT společnosti, takže se v nich vyzná. V minulosti také pracovala na částečný úvazek ve firmě, kde se věnovala spíše marketingovým analýzám, práci s excelem, daty - jelikož pracovala v marketingově-eventové agentuře, kde se řešily eventy/konference pro farmaceutický průmysl.
