Manual Tester

Uchazeč je manuální tester s pětiletou praxí v oboru. V současné době testuje produktové aplikace na různých operačních systémech, jako jsou Windows, Android a iOS. Kromě toho připravuje a udržuje testovací případy aplikací pomocí testovacích nástrojů, jako jsou Postman a Selenium. Řeší technické problémy a chyby se zákazníky. Vytváří a aktualizuje technickou dokumentaci a uživatelské příručky. Provádí také analytické práce a v případě potřeby připravuje požadavky a změny. Technologické nástroje má zkušenosti s Jira, Rest API, PostgreSQL, SQL, JSON, HTML, XML, UML, Linux. Má na starosti onboarding nových kolegů. Je zběhlý v anglickém jazyce.

• Responsibilities: Testing product applications in Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems
• Preparing and maintaining test cases
• Using Postman and Selenium testing tools for application testing
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues in technical calls with customers
• Creating and updating user manuals and technical documentations
• Performing analytical work and preparing change requests
• Mentoring new team members

Service Engineer: November 2016 - March 2018

• Responsibilities: Installation and uninstallation of simple and complex electrical control systems
• Troubleshooting and cause analysis of an automated production line
• Monitoring and inspecting the entire environment of the automated production line
• Optimization of some old systems

Storage Administrator: December 2014 - June 2016

• Responsibilities: Administration of enterprise storage and backup environments
• Managing SAN, NAS, and backup platforms and components from major vendors such as HDS, IBM, EMC2, NetApp, Symantec, Brocade, and Cisco
• Managing filers, SAN switches, tape libraries, disk arrays, and related infrastructure
• Designing, implementing, and operating the service life-cycle phases
• Operating according to the T-Systems process setup based on ITIL (incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management)
• Providing 2nd level support and participating in project work
• Being on-call for 24/7 service or working in shift
