Kandidát je samostatný inženýr automatizace testů se zkušenostmi s automatizací testů, analýzou testů a technikami manuálního testování. Ovládá různé programovací jazyky, například Python a JavaScript, a má zkušenosti s nástroji, jako jsou Robot Framework, Postman a Jira. Je držitelem certifikátů ISTQB Foundation a ISTQB Agile Tester Extension. Ve své předchozí pozici ve společnosti Tesena s.r.o. pracoval na projektech pro Škoda Auto a.s., kde byl zodpovědný za automatizaci testování a testování funkčních i nefunkčních požadavků. Pracoval také jako QA Engineer ve společnosti Vitadio, kde se věnoval automatizaci testů pomocí Python/Robot Framework. Před svou kariérou v IT pracoval jako stážista leteckých dispečerů a HR analytik ve společnosti Amazon. Má také zkušenosti jako člen palubního personálu ve společnosti Ryanair.

QA Engineer: Worked as a QA Engineer in a startup environment. Conducted test automation for a web app using Python and Robot Framework. Provided coaching to testers for maintaining and extending existing test sets. Set up Jira with custom fields and workflows, and consulted on approaches to ensure quality software.
Air Traffic Controller Trainee: Completed a trainee program in air traffic control for the Czech Republic. Selected through a rigorous selection process. Although did not make it through the finals, gained valuable experience in air traffic control.
HR Analyst: Worked as an HR Analyst for one year.
Cabin Crew: Worked as a cabin crew member for Ryanair based in Dublin, Ireland.
