Jako projektový manažer pracuje již více než 22 let. V loňském roce měl na pozici liniového manažera na starosti přibližně 50 lidí, zejména řízení výzkumu a přidělování zdrojů. Během předchozích funkcí se podílel také na samotném vývoji, navíc vedl až desetičlenné inženýrské týmy v rámci krátkodobých projektů v různých odvětvích, například v automobilovém nebo síťovém průmyslu, působil jako vlastník produktu a byl zodpovědný také za životní cyklus dodávky.
