Agile Coach & Scrum Master & Team Leader

Kandidát má za sebou zkušenosti na pozicích Scrum Master (8 let) a Project Manager (5 let). Jako Scrum Master v současné společnosti vedl agilní transformaci oddělení pojistných událostí pro norského klienta a realizoval tři úspěšné projekty. Mezi jeho povinnosti patřilo zavádění Scrumu, identifikace překážek a podpora kultury neustálého zlepšování. Spolupracoval také s různými zúčastněnými stranami. Dříve působil jako Scrum Master ve společnosti Österreichische Lotterien, kde dohlížel na implementaci nových her a koordinoval více týmů s využitím Scrum@Scale.
