Uchazeč je Scrum Master s pětiletou praxí v komerční sféře. Na své současné pozici pracuje se dvěma týmy v bankovním sektoru. Je zodpovědný především za sprintové ceremonie, koučování, plánování, retrospektivu, reporting vytváření dashboardů. Řídí procesy dodávek, vyhodnocuje efektivitu týmu, analyzuje a řeší problémy ve vývojových týmech. Vychovává týmy k samostatnosti. Z nástrojů používá Jira, MS Office, Trello, Slack, Mural.
