Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Masterem od roku 2016 s komerčními zkušenostmi. Na své současné pozici se zabývá řízením úkolů, řešením problémů, riziky. Plánuje a organizuje Scrum ceremonie a také pomáhá týmům v oblastech, kde mohou zlepšit svou práci. Pracuje na plánování a organizaci prezentací a testování produktů či systémů. Podílí se také na zajištění správného využívání procesů a odstraňování úzkých míst. Monitoruje projektové procesy, výstupy a finanční ukazatele, aby zajistil efektivní řízení projektu. Z hlediska technologií a nástrojů má znalosti Jira, Confluence, PHP5, C++, Java, Pascal/Delphi, SAP - ABAP, PowerBI, XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, CMS Typo3, Joomla, MySQL, SQLite, Windows, Linux. Má zkušenosti s generováním leadů a vede 18členný tým. Jeho angličtina je na plynulé úrovni.
