Zkušený projektový manažer, v současné době pracuje jako tester. Má 10 let zkušeností s vedením týmů, z nichž 80 % tvořily agilní týmy. Než před 4 lety vstoupila do IT sféry, řídila například pražskou pobočku německé marketingové firmy. Starala se o tým mikroinfluencerů, měřila jejich KPI a později přešla na pozici provozní manažerky. Zodpovídala za další projektové manažery, zadávala a kontrolovala úkoly, komunikovala se zahraničními pobočkami. Ačkoli na své současné pozici pracuje především jako certifikovaná testerka, úzce spolupracuje s vedoucím týmu při stanovování priorit, plánování sprintů nebo kontrole vývoje ticketů. Využívá například systém Jira. V minulosti absolvovala certifikaci projektového manažera a také metodiku Prince2 a v současné době pracuje na titulu MBA v oblasti projektového řízení. Přechod k automatizovanému testování nepovažuje za naplňující cestu, proto se zajímá o pozici Scrum Mastera nebo projektového manažera. Zde je také otevřená pozici asistentky PM nebo juniorské stáže, protože nemá tak rozsáhlé zkušenosti v IT sektoru. Je jí blízká práce v mezinárodním prostředí, její angličtina je na výborné úrovni.
