IT Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Masterem od roku 2020. Jeho hlavními úkoly jsou implementace agilních metodik, určování vhodné délky sprintů, zlepšování metrik, zvyšování efektivity, plánování, komunikace s externími týmy a pomoc při řešení problémů . Zodpovídá za dodržování agilních ceremoniálů. Vede tým k samostatnosti a odpovědnosti. Zlepšuje procesy a pokrývá koučování s Jira a Parabol. Z hlediska nástrojů a technologií má znalosti .Net, C#, Visual Studio, Git, Gitlab, Microsoft Office, TFS, Jenkins, Confluence, AWS, CI/CD. Vedl týmy o přibližně 10 členech. Plynně ovládá anglický jazyk.

PROGRAMMER (June 17, 2019 - December 31, 2020)

• Responsibilities: Programmer in .NET environment using C# language

• Project management, maintenance of customer environments, administration of GitLab (including CI/CD)
• Design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of tools, as well as small and medium-sized applications for various clients:Large distributor of garden equipment

• Major distributors of optics in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• Design and development of tools to simplify processes and procedures within the company, focusing on quality of life improvements
• Work on low-level interfaces for tools utilizing biometric data
• Development of an application for management, streaming, archiving, and on-demand queries for live video from cameras
