Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master se sedmiletou zkušeností z komerční sféry, ale řídí týmy již od roku 2005. Na své poslední pozici pracovala s týmem na aplikaci, která byla nástrojem pro tvorbu cen a poskytovala metodu tvorby cen. Byla zodpovědná za 2 týmy. Vedla scrumové ceremonie - denní standupy, 2týdenní sprinty, retrospektivy. Z nástrojů používala Jira, Slack, GitHub pro review, MS Office. Denně mívala několik schůzek. Největší tým, který vedla, se skládal z 30 lidí. Aktivně používá angličtinu.

Scrum Master / Iteration Manager: 2021 - 2023

• Coordination of the project plan and communication with the product owner

• Coordinating development work with remote development team

Business Program Manager: 2012 - 2016

• Responsibilities: Program management throughout the program life cycle
• Overall program framework planning and progress monitoring
• Stakeholder communication and business controls

Team Leader: 2008 - 2012

• Responsibilities: Daily operation activities in a team of 30 people
• Hiring new team members and team coordination
• Management support and part of the leadership team
• Cooperation with Web Builders and Web Delivery Leads to meet sponsor's expectations

Web Production Lead: 2005 - 2008

• Responsibilities: Coordination of web projects
• Responsibility for the homepage and pages for 42 countries
• Cooperation with marketing people
• Building web pages
