Agile Coach

Kandidát je Scrum Master s 3 lety zkušeností v komerční sféře. Věnuje se zavádění agilních metodik ve třech týmech. Mezi její hlavní úkoly patří koučování, školení týmů s cílem zvýšit transparentnost a efektivitu. Mezi její povinnosti patří testování, ceremonie, retrospektivy, návrhy na zlepšení, vyhodnocování požadavků, plánování. Fungují ve 2-3týdenních sprintech. Komunikovala s dodavateli, vedla denní stand-upy a schůzky. Její týmy se zaměřují pouze na fronty. Z nástrojů používala především Jira, Confluence, MS Office. Má certifikace Scrum Master i Product Owner. Celkem řídí 18 lidí. Její angličtina a němčina jsou na velmi dobré úrovni a nedělá jí problém pracovat v mezinárodním týmu.

• Responsibilities: Implemented Agile methodology in Online & Digital Team (ITN Digital Sales and ITN Digital Care).
• Coached and trained team members of the E-shop Team to increase transparency, subsidiarity, efficiency, and overall well-being.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implemented cost-saving initiatives.
• Conducted regular assessments to monitor progress and adjusted strategies as needed.
• Developed a training program for new joining Scrum Masters.

Certified Scrum Master: 06/2019 – 04/2020

• Responsibilities: Built and managed agile teams within the Resources Industry in Germany across multiple time zones, including the USA, Germany, and India.
• Successfully set up agile ceremonies and practices, JIRA administration, and automation.
• Passed internal Agile Maturity Assessments.
• Facilitated new joiner onboarding processes and the development of junior colleagues.

• Responsibilities: Worked as a Product Owner for the DevOps Guild initiative.
