IT Manager & Project Manager

Uchazeč je projektovým manažerem od roku 2014 s komerční praxí. Na své poslední pozici se podílel na celkovém řízení projektů. Pomáhal ostatním obchodním oblastem při zajišťování dodávek projektů zákazníkům a zároveň se staral o poprodejní cyklus a podporu. Vedl a řídil také fázi implementace. Definoval požadavky, garantoval předpokládané náklady, termíny a schvaloval specifikace. Z technologických nástrojů používal Jira, MSSQL, WFP, WCF, XML, AWS, MS VISIO, MS Word. Je držitelem certifikace Scrum Master. Největší tým, který vedl, se skládal z cca 17 členů. Je zvyklý pracovat v systému Kanban i Scrum. Hovoří plynně anglicky. Umí také německy, ale musel by si ji oprášit.

• Ensuring planned costs, deadlines, and Man Days are met
• Finalizing and approving specifications for implementation and technical parts of projects
• Managing relationships with internal players, especially DevOps teams
• Managing a team of software developers and DevOps teams on assigned projects

Digital Onboarding: 2020

• Responsibilities: Creating a new method as an extension of the existing digital onboarding process
• mplementing user verification functionality based on existing bank accounts
• Improving efficiency and security of the digital onboarding process

• Responsibilities: Acting as a Project Manager with a focus on business and architecture
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating project activities
• Preparing new projects and adjusting existing ones
