Mezi její hlavní úkoly patří analýza obchodních požadavků, dokumentace, komunikace s vývojáři, testery a uživateli. Vytváří také uživatelské případy a provádí minimální testování, v minulosti se setkala s jednotkovými, systémovými, integračními nebo UAT testy. K vytváření diagramů používá jazyky UML a Enterprise Architect, dříve pracovala v BPMN. Mezi další technologie, se kterými pracovala, patří Jira, Microsoft Power BI, SQL a Azure DevOps.
