Siebel je lokální systém, který byl dříve FE, ale nyní je BE a je migrován na technologie Pega. Je zodpovědný za 5 vývojářů s různou úrovní seniority. Kromě toho poskytuje konzultace k systémům Pega. Je zvyklý pracovat v agilním prostředí Scrum. Denně mají retrospektivy, sprinty a ceremonie. Hovoří plynně anglicky.
