Uchazeč je od roku 2011 business analytikem a od roku 2018 má zkušenosti z komerční sféry jako projektový manažer. Na své poslední pozici pracovala na různých projektech. Podílela se na řízení a koordinaci týmů a subdodavatelů. Připravovala a aktualizovala projektové plány. Dále analyzovala data, spolupracovala s obchodními partnery a předkládala návrhy projektů. Identifikovala rizika a následně navrhovala opatření k jejich řízení. Z nástrojů používala Ms Office, Azure, Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN, Visio. Je držitelkou certifikací PRINCE 2 a Scrum. Aktivně využívá agilní metodiky. Vede tým přibližně 15 lidí a také školí mladší kolegy. Preferuje čistě lokální týmy.
