React Developer

Kandidát je zkušený vývojář, který se vývoji věnuje od roku 2007. Kromě front-endového vývoje se věnoval především designu uživatelského rozhraní a UX. Posledních 8 let se zaměřuje na React, ale design ho stále baví. Z juniorské pozice může zasáhnout i do back-endu, protože má základní znalosti Node.js. Vedle vývoje několikrát působil také jako projektový manažer nebo technický vedoucí, kdy např. sám navrhoval a řídil projekt, vytvářel rozhraní, řídil deset vývojářů a rozděloval jejich práci, komunikoval s ostatními týmy a na jednom projektu také nahradil scrum mastera. Z agilních metodik používá Scrum, Kanban a také Scrumban. Hovoří plynně anglicky.
