Během svého působení ve funkci generálního ředitele a spoluzakladatele jsem stál v čele založení specializované pobočky, která se specializovala na návrh a vývoj robustních řešení, a úspěšně rozšířil působnost společnosti do kanadského segmentu zdravotnictví. Jako Solution Architect jsem vedl analýzu, návrh a dodávku řešení založených na mikroslužbách, vedl inženýrské týmy a usnadňoval efektivní komunikaci, čímž jsem přispíval k úspěchu projektů a spokojenosti klientů. V roli vedoucího jsem budoval technologické kapacity, vedl tým specialistů a hrál klíčovou roli při budování přítomnosti v sektorech FinTech a MedTech.
