As a Product Owner & Analyst, I was responsible for preparing, prioritizing, and managing backlogs in a SAFe framework with approximately 60 IT specialists. I analyzed requirements and refined them with stakeholders, creating business user stories for IT architects, developers, and testers. I presented designs and final solutions to stakeholders and worked closely with the Scrum Master and IT delivery manager. I occasionally represented the Scrum Master in team ceremonies. Technologies/tools used included JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and Office 365.

Sep. 2022 – Jun. 2024

In the role of Agile Delivery Lead & Scrum Master, I led projects and product increments in various parts of the application, focusing on integration, migration, frontend changes, and new features. I planned and led project teams of IT specialists, monitored progress, identified and removed obstacles, and ensured the delivery of outputs and functionality. I also managed risks and problems, following tasks set by superiors. I led regular scrum ceremonies, promoted agile values, and used tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Productboard.

Jul. 2024 – today

Currently, as a Program Manager & Scrum Master/Delivery Lead, I coordinate multiple agile projects and project teams in a SAFe environment. I align product development with business goals, monitor and report project progress and KPIs, and communicate with stakeholders and non-engineering teams.
