Vede agilní transformaci od týmů s omezeným počtem členů ke spolupracující organizaci, přičemž využívá vlastní rámec pro navrhování, nastavování a udržování souvisejících procesů. Usnadňuje spolupráci mezi týmy a uvnitř týmů v různých agilních prostředích a koučuje jednotlivce na cestě k úspěšné kariéře a životnímu rozvoji. Kromě toho zavádí zlepšení pro zefektivnění procesů a vytváření efektivity napříč týmy a odděleními a podporuje tyto snahy jako správce systému JIRA. Jako agilní kouč ve společnosti VETRI od srpna 2018 do března 2019 v Curychu ve Švýcarsku navrhoval, budoval a vedl agilní prostředí pro vzdáleně spolupracující tým 10 vývojářů v regionech CEE a DACH. VETRI, decentralizovaná platforma pro správu osobních údajů s využitím blockchainu, si klade za cíl posílit postavení jednotlivců v rychle rostoucí datové ekonomice tím, že zajistí důvěru na trhu a usnadní hladké transakce mezi vlastníky a kupujícími dat.

• Designing, building and leading an agile environment for a remotely cooperating team of 10 developers located in the CEE and DACH regions. VETRI is a decentralized blockchain-enabled personal data management platform, taking the concept of personal data self- sovereignty to the next level.
• The aim is to empower individuals to take part in the rapidly growing data economy- in a safe and easy way.
• It consists of a data wallet and marketplace, fuelled by the VLD token.
• VETRI ensures trust in the marketplace and guarantees smooth transactions between data owners and data buyers, users offer their personal data (incl. data from third-party services they have a right to request) and are rewarded by institutions who would otherwise pay for such datasets to an intermediary provider.
