Zběhlý v nástrojích pro řízení projektů, modelování procesů, analýze dat a systémech pro správu obsahu. Silná znalost anglického jazyka a základní znalost němčiny.

• Responsible for end-to-end management of a digital banking identity product, including design, implementation, communication, data analysis, and optimization
• Negotiations with IT suppliers, banking identity providers, and government entities
• Design of customer journeys for desktop and mobile devices, leading to a 25 p.b. increase in process throughput
• Responsible for digital activity tracking system in end-to-end processes
• Implementation of new accounts into digital processes platform
