UX UI Designer

Kandidát je strategický designér s magisterským titulem v oboru integrovaného designu, který působí v Berlíně. June 2019 - May 2024 | Berlin DE As a strategic designer, I applied design thinking to align organizational goals with user needs, driving innovation and growth. I co-created the Digital Innovation Process and led desirability streams for venture building projects. I managed projects selected for funding in the incubation phase and increased human centricity through design thinking training sessions.

June 2018 - May 2019 | Munich DE In the role of a UX designer, I developed and managed user experiences, interfaces, and conducted research for digital products. I successfully co-lead a joint research project and managed research campaigns for an asynchronous learning platform. I also conducted cross collaboration workshops and assisted in project steps based on insights.

September 2016 - May 2018 | Berlin DE As a UX/UI designer, I focused on developing experience and user interface design for a social media marketing platform. I created reporting and bulk selection features, gathered insights from influencers, and conducted cross-department workshops.
