Zkušený v nastavování klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti, vedení zpětné vazby a řízení projektových financí. Zběhlý ve facilitaci diskusí, vzdělávání zainteresovaných stran o Scrumu a řešení celofiremních problémů. Je držitelem certifikátů Professional Scrum Master a PRINCE2 Agile a má prokazatelné zkušenosti s úspěšnou realizací projektů a motivací týmů.

• Manage two international hybrid teams with a total of 20 people, setting KPIs and conducting feedback sessions
• Facilitate discussions, educate teams and stakeholders about Scrum, and prepare job descriptions for new hires
• Report to stakeholders and VP, oversee contractors, and establish career paths for employees
• Establish and facilitate the PI Planning process, address company-wide challenges, and participate in event planning
• Onboard newcomers, set up JIRA projects, and boards, and manage up, down, and across teams and departments
• Coach and motivate the team, communicate with customers and management, and facilitate agile processes
• Manage project finances and actively participate in the corporate Community of Practice
• Educate stakeholders and remove obstacles to ensure successful project delivery
• Co-create agile processes and lead teams to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Communicate and report project progress to stakeholders
• Lead and motivate teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, deadlines, and budgets
• Manage project quality and integration with surrounding systems, and communicate with stakeholders
• Continuously motivate teams to achieve project goals and deliverables
• Ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating tasks and resources effectively
• Report project progress and challenges to stakeholders and management
• Project planning and management, including task administration using JIRA & Confluence
• Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and handle administrative tasks such as forms and IT support
• Maintain communication with suppliers, including VW, to ensure project success
• Coordinate project tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office to streamline project management tasks
