Má vzdělání v oblasti materiálových věd a zkušenosti s řešením problémů, zpracováním dat a testováním na základě problematiky NVH. Je držitelem doktorátu v oboru materiálových věd a má odborné znalosti v oblasti přípravy materiálů pomocí různých technik.
