Angular Developer & Java Developer

The candidate is a Java developer who has been programming back-end applications for more than 5 years in commercial practice. His most used technologies include Java 17 and 8, Spring, Spring boot, microservice architecture. Prior to that, he was also a full-stack developer in Java and Angulare (Typescript) for 2 years, so he would be able to hold this role as well. On his last project he worked on digitizing a banking app. Rewriting an old system into a modern dress. He can communicate in English, he could handle the daily Sprints with no problems at all. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban. He wants to focus mainly on modern technologies, but can also work on some rewriting, but it has to be compensated by the price. He is used to working in a team, on the last project it was 15 developers.

12/2019 - present: Software Engineer
Development of new digital bank. Work in an agile team of 15 people. Development of risk applications in Java 11 with Spring framework. Experience with microservices architecture and Apache Kafka. Experience with CI/CD pipeline and deployment of applications to Kubernetes. Development of data and form applications in Angular 10, writing unit tests.

07/2018 - 11/2019: Junior Programmer
Development in an agile team of 10 people. Development of radiation monitoring applications. Work with real-time data and its processing and display in a graphical interface. Experience with frontend development in Angular 2 and backend development in Java 8 with Spring framework and Hibernate.

Interests
In my free time, I often work on my own projects and explore new technologies in IT. Recently, I have been focusing on Angular and Python with Flask framework. I am also active in sports, particularly tennis and floorball, and occasionally replace them with cycling.
