Java Developer

The candidate is a Java developer with 6 years of commercial experience. He has been working with Java for about 10 years, including school and private projects. He also has experience with .NET development, but doesn't know it as well as Java. Most of his experience is in finance and insurance, but he is attracted to the aerospace and gaming sectors. He knows Unity3D a bit, he hasn't worked in it commercially, just in his spare time. He has also worked privately with Python, working with 3D models and Blender scripts. He is also attracted to kernel work on graphics cards, neural networks and AI, which he has insight into but no commercial experience. Among foreign languages, he is fluent in German and English at a communicative level. Prefers short-term projects to long-term ones, would consider long-term if there was a possibility of a release for a couple of months. He has had the opportunity to try out the position of architect on two projects, one he worked on alone, so he had to do the architecture as well, and the other had 2 people working on it. He would definitely dare to be an architect in the future. He didn't have the opportunity to work as a team leader, although he did advise more junior colleagues, but he preferred to focus on the technical side. He hasn't done team leader so he can't judge whether he would want to do it, but he would consider a combined position with development.
