Test Manager

The candidate is an experienced Test leader who has more than 5 years of commercial testing experience. More than 15 years of experience as a comical software developer and more than a year of experience in test organization using ISTQB methodology. During his experience he has also tested manually but prefers more automated testing (in his current position automation makes up about 40% of central testing). He also actively uses agile methodologies in his work, but prefers ISTQB methodology. He can communicate in English without any problems, but he also has a C1 in German. In his last position, he led a department that had 9 people, but they had a lot of contractors under their thumb: Mettler Toledo; Wincor Nixdorf; NCR; S&T. Prefers long-term full-time projects, but can take on a short-term project as a challenge
