SCRUM MASTER

The candidate is a SAFe certified Scrum Master who has been in this position for almost 2 and a half years. He has worked on several projects where his task distribution varied. For about 1 year, on a large project, he worked only as a Scrum Master, giving 100% to this role. In other cases, his role was also split 50/50 between developer or project manager, for example. He has been doing development for 22 years and once he had a good experience and knew how to do architecture, his responsibilities started to include communicating directly with the customer, analyzing project requirements and overseeing the product lifecycle. He also has extensive experience as a Team leader. The largest team he has been responsible for so far consisted of 25 members, with half of the people being on-site and half remote. He can also act as a Scrum Master. He speaks English at a professional level and can also speak German and Italian in normal non-work communication.
